What is UI/UX?

Consider any web or mobile application you’ve used recently, you would probably notice two things:

  1. User Interface (UI): UI is the one part of the user experience, it’s one of the touch points that the customer interfaces with, it is what they see and it is what they feel, touch, click, talk to, on their devices. UI is a point at which humans interact with computer, website or any application.
  2. User Experience (UX): Understanding the customer needs and designing an experience for the customer that covers various different aspects such as technology, understanding their requirements, what they see, what they experience with all their senses is essentially the user experience. How you felt about your interaction, how quickly you found what you were looking for, how simple it was to find it, and so on defined the user experience.
